Deplastify is built with privacy at its core. We do not track, collect, or retain any of your personal data. All scan results and history stay entirely on your device.
All scan results, product history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires external communication (such as camera-based product detection).
When you use features that require AI analysis (such as scanning a product with your camera), the request is routed through the ShinrAI Encryption Engine. This engine fully encrypts and anonymizes all requests before they reach any AI backend. This means:
Deplastify only communicates with external servers when you actively use features that require it, such as camera-based product detection or AI-powered risk analysis. No background data collection, analytics, or telemetry is performed at any time.
We do not use any tracking technologies, analytics platforms, cookies, or fingerprinting. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioral data. Your privacy is not our business model.
Depending on future device capabilities and development progress, we may transition to full on-device processing, eliminating the need for any external communication entirely. Our goal is to provide the most private experience possible.
Deplastify does not share any data with third-party services for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes. The only external communication occurs through the encrypted AI analysis pipeline described above, and no data is retained from these interactions.
Since we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, there are no special provisions needed for children's privacy. The app is safe for users of all ages.
